Do you want to automate or upgrade your labeling process, reduce costs or improve operational reliability? Partnering with Siddhivinayak to determine the right Automatic Label Applicator for your application can help.

Many Automatic Label Applicator manufacturers benefit from automating the application of labels on cases, skids or shrink wrap. Automatic label applicants provide precise placement of pre-printed labels and eliminate the need for a manual or manual application process. Siddhivinayak Automation Labeling solutions apply pre-printed adhesive labels to a wide variety of products in a medium-duty production environment.

Tamp-Blow Label Applicator

The Tamp Label application is the most commonly used version of our label dispenser. The tamp-blow method is a contact-less labeling technique, in which a vacuum is created in the tamp. It sucks and holds the printed label (with adhesive side) under the tamp pad until it is ready to be applied to the product.

The tamp goes down as soon as the product is ready to be labeled. The vacuum in the tamp is switched off and an alternator is made instead. Overpressure the shoots' label in the exact position on the product without tamp touch. If the product surface and the adhesive of the label are matched correctly, then any additional action (such as pressing) is required to properly affix the label.
